File Folder Journal

Maybe this should be called "An Introvert's Retreat, pt. 2" because I came home and made the project from our art retreat on my own.  Paula taught us to make some fun little journals out of file folders.  They are covered in painted papers, and doing it at home, I stitched mine down.  They are fun to make, but more time-consuming than I expected.  Lots of little paper bits.

I thought about adding some pages for notes, but decided it would be pretty hard to write inside.  Instead I added 8 cards for notes or sketches.  I'm taking it on a little trip to Minneapolis and will test out how useful it is as a small travel journal.
