Good question Dee--I'm not sure. I love ragged edges, things barely held together, hand stitching, texture, rich saturated color, ethnic flavor, and a certain wild energy to pieces like graffiti or loose paintings. This piece has some of those things but not all. I'll have to ponder this one.

Beautiful stitching...and such interesting fabrics ;)
I believe it's time for me to be still and do the same. Thanks for the inspiration. xoxo
I can tell you are enjoying your stitching...I am too.
Love the textures and shapes.

Lovely stitching and fabric textures!
Oh! you do inspire me to keep Kantha-ing away on my current piece. Bless you!
These look more like you. And I love the tiny rows of stitching that give such a nice texture.
The kantha stitching is almost a form of meditation for me, must be like walking a labyrinth but in stitch.
mmm, love the kantha round mound, the fabby fur and the seams showing
Your stitching never ceases to amaze me with its variety textures. The round labyrinth is my favorite.
nice! is THIS your style, would you say?
